This position will be part of the Manufacturing Management and will work in conjunction with the HR Management.About the RoleThe Manufacturing Capability Leader supports the development of individual colleagues and teams in the implementation and assurance of Essity standards. This role is key in the development of skills and knowledge within the Manufacturing team and will be actively participating in the management of the training and education pillar, ensuring effective training that contributes to the efficiency and productivity of the plant and implementation of the continuous TPM methodology.What You Will DoGeneration of plant training strategy.It guarantees the diagnosis and detection of training and development needs, both local and regional alignment.Development of learning tools, content, and methodologies, to improve and standardize training materials, implementation processes, and assurance tools (status checks) based on best practices.Development of competency plan by position. Internal platform deployment (from scratch, contact with global).TPM training involvement. Coordinates the logistics of the training program in the jobs and pillars.Contact and development of training providers.Supports production teams in the implementation and assurance of technical standards and work processes.It will generate the strategy together with the leaders of the different processes.He is the driving force in implementing and securing Essity standards, TPM workflows, technical skills, systems, and tools.Participation in TPM audits. It will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and set clear targets for production capacities and performance together with IOM.Who You AreExperience: From 3 to 5 years of experience in training, development of capabilities (technical, mechanical, electrical, etc.), development of materials, delivery of training to unionized personnel, supplier management and negotiation with internal customers. Indispensable in manufacturing companies.Academic background: Industrial Engineering, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, HR or related careers.Mastery of training projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure), as well as request and budget management.Personnel management (minimum 2 reports)Language: Intermediate English (conversational)Knowledge: management of office packages (advanced Excel), training platform (key user), BPM ́s and industrial safety.Desirable management systems and Power BI.Competences:Self-taught (constant updating in training strategies).Leadership.
