You’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance standardization, efficiency, and performance, helping our teams deliver greater value to the business and our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounting Performance Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Applying continuous improvement methodologies to develop and implement plans that drive process standardization and effectiveness.
- Managing improvement projects and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Facilitating Kaizen events, root cause analyses (RCA), and standard work sessions to address recurring performance gaps.
- Developing and monitoring KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conducting monthly performance reviews with RTR leaders to guide strategic actions.
- Designing and delivering training programs on continuous improvement frameworks.
- Coaching teams to foster a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating across matrixed and cross-functional RTR teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicating with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience in RTR or finance operations.
- Familiarity with CI tools such as Kaizen, RCA, and standard work.
