Staying current with digital trends is essential, as you'll be expected to stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing to help our organization remain competitive.
Responsabilidades
- Local Help Desk for end-users support; provides support to all new technologies (hardware & software) required by the company
- Expertise on OS Windows / MS Office / Gmail to provide support and training to end-users.
- New Software /Software Installation /. Install and set up the new equipment in the company
- Control of Licenses / PC Inventory / PC Maintenance. Perform the corrective maintenance to the computer systems (hardware) of all company.
- Solves the different problems in the networks and connectivity of all the computer equipment of the company.
- Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to Tranxfer equipment.
- Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to the Check in / out clocks used in for time and attendance
- Windows / Cell Phones Support Solution to the problems of telephony and communication that appear in the company.
- Evaluates and implements the new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company.
- Watch the lines of communications UPS and the emergency plant work correctly.
- Support cabling to implement LAN topologies.
- Work with maintenance team in order to have safety AC installations
- Provide fist support on the electronic repairs.
- Optimize the scanning process in all production areas
- Ensure the optimal functioning of the equipment in the plant, productive area such as offices.
- Due to the needs of the different production areas of the Plant, they give support 6 days a week for a day off. Support in 3 shifts, Changing shifts every week.
