Work in collaboration (provide brief/insights) with Regional and global Marketing Team regarding 18-month Mexico Marketing plan.
Provide operational support for all Mexico Brand marketing initiatives (including PR, Events and Sports Marketing)
Collaborate with Mexico channel marketing to develop calendar to optimally “flight” retail marketing activities across the calendar year, through both UA retail channels and 3rd party channels online and offline.
Lead Seeding Process for LATAM supporting our Go To Market strategies, aligning with the different marketing cross-functional areas and consolidating their needs.
Establish Mexico cross-functional alignment through weekly meetings and other touchpoints with the team.Regional Assets Adaptations and Creations:
Oversee marketing asset development, localization, and distribution for LATAM markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Manage timelines, workflows, and approvals for key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Optimize processes for asset sharing and collaboration across regional teams, external partners, and agencies.
Maintain and improve the LATAM marketing hub (SharePoint and OneDrive) for easy access to brand materials, guidelines, and execution files.
Responsible for the translation process of copy deck, assents videos and any marketing support element.
Collaborate as project manager for all LATAM Campaign Creation projects.Content Management
Lead the creative review process, ensuring that all visuals, copy, and campaign materials align with Under Armour's brand standards and resonate with LATAM audiences.
Support the development of regionally relevant content for LATAM's key markets, adapting global assets when needed.
Manage the briefing process, ensuring marketing and creative teams receive clear, structured direction.LATAM Social Media handles:
Lead organic social media strategy and content creation, ensuring its alignment to regional marketing objectives and brand strategy.
Provide strategic direction and feedback to social media agencies, while empowering them to handle day-to-day execution, content planning, and coordination with markets.
Ensure that content strategy, engagement tactics, and campaign integrations are in place, while reviewing key deliverables to maintain brand consistency.
Guide performance improvements and optimizing workflows.QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within a regional (LATAM) or global organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, preferably within the consumer goods, apparel, or sports industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing calendars, campaigns, and content across multiple markets.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office.
- Work Schedule:This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
