Profile: Bilingual (Conversational English required)Are you an experienced finance professional looking to join a dynamic company in the automotive industry? We are seeking an Assistant Controller to lead accounting processes, support financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls.What You'll Need:Education & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in supervisory roles in accounting or financeRequired KnowledgeAccounting standards (NIF, IFRS)Industrial cost accountingFinancial and budget analysisInternal controls and audit processesAdministrative and financial procedures within the automotive industrySkills & ToolsAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsConversational EnglishKey Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysisSupervise general accounting, cost accounting, and tax complianceSupport internal and external audit processesEnsure compliance with corporate financial policies and controlsCollaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reportingCoordinate and lead the accounting teamCompensation & Benefits:Gross Monthly Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 MXN
