- Supplies expertise: Deep understanding of consumables (labels, ribbons, tags, etc.) and their compatibility with different devices.
- RFID technology: Knowledge of RFID tags, readers, printers, encoding processes, and relevant standards.
- Industry applications: Familiarity with vertical markets where supplies and RFID are used (retail, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
- Understanding of total cost of ownership and how consumables impact it.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Use of sales enablement tools for product demos and proposals.
- Comfort with RFID testing tools or sample kit presentations.
