DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with a strong background in Go (Golang) to join our team building high-performance services running at scale in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll work on core infrastructure and product services that power our cloud-native platform, using modern tooling such as Bazel, Kubernetes, and Terraform. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with components written in Scala and C++, and contribute to observability, automation, and developer experience.Requirements

5+ years of experience with Go in production environments
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservice architectures
Familiarity with Bazel or similar advanced build systems
Proficiency with GCP infrastructure and Terraform
Strong understanding of metrics, instrumentation, and Prometheus
Comfortable reading/writing code in Scala and/or C++
Passion for performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Fluent English, both verbal and written, is a must.
Remote from Mexico only.

Job responsibilities

Design and implement robust, maintainable backend services in Go.
Contribute to critical infrastructure using Bazel for reproducible builds.
Deploy, scale, and manage services on GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).
Define infrastructure using Terraform and manage environments as code.
Integrate observability and monitoring via Prometheus and custom metrics.
