C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Commercial Invoicing Rep to join our team. In this role you will support the billing team by ensuring accurate and timely invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will be assisting with customer-specific invoicing requests, resolving billing issues, and maintaining professional relationships with customer accounts. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal teams to support overall billing efficiency and accuracy.While this role provides the flexibility and autonomy of working remote, this position needs to be based in Monterrey, MX.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Assist in ensuring all invoices are accurate and released on time according to SOPsSupport customer-specific invoicing requests with the guidance of higher-level billing representativesUtilize basic problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assist in resolving invoicing issues and questionsAid accounts receivable, account team, and collections team on matters of delinquent accountsProvide support for invoicing process improvements and initiativesMaintain professional relationships with customers' Accounts Payable teams to ensure invoicing practices are aligned and currentOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High School Diploma or GEDPreferred:Prior customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of ProgramsPrevious experience with billing systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skillsBasic critical thinking skills and the ability to use own judgementSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyEffective in multitasking and prioritizing tasksAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
