We manage the HOA communities and/ or property management service with an awesome confidence, control and vision.
We are looking for a Virtual Admin Assistant responsible for the company's administrative tasks, from keeping a record of the daily services done up to customer service activities.
It is responsible for the on-time delivery of administrative tasks to allow the operational team to deliver the services punctually.
The main activities for this position are:
- Online data mining
- Data entry into spreadsheets
- Mapping systems
- Finding a community to prospect
- Find the addresses of the community and Upload the information in Salesforce
- Creating contracts and proposals based on templates Workload: 100% data mining
- Phone volume: Making outbound calls eventually
- These positions will support the sales team.
M-F 9-6 CST

**Requirements**:
- MS Office
- Writing skills
- Good management of documents
Desired
- 2 years of experience as Back office managing documents as spreadsheets, contracts, proposals, Sales documents, etc.
- SalesForce experience is a great plus
