We are looking for a new GIGAnte to join our team as a Technical Lead Senior.
Where you will have the opportunity to technically lead teams to improve the customer experience by offering an intuitive interface for purchasing products.👉 What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership to one or more development teams.
- Define the systems architecture, make key decisions about the technology stack, and ensure good development practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align the technical vision with business objectives.
- Mentor engineers, promote code quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimates, and code reviews.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our applications.
- Act as a bridge between the technical and strategic aspects, clearly communicating complexities.
- At least two years of solid developer experience in technical leadership positions.
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Leadership, assertive communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to make informed technical decisions under pressure.
- Advanced English.
