Sales Analyst Technician

- Attend request for quotation from our Customers (RFQs) in a timely manner through Salesforce System.
- Order Processing (open orders & spot buy) to external customers through SAP.
- Initiate pricing request through PRT SharePoint.
- Create cases to GBS Team as part of the initial PO Processing.- Participate actively in the problem resolution with the different teams involved in our processing activity (Customer Service, Account Management, Program readiness, Engineering, GBS).
- Follow the work instructions from its position according to our Enterprise Operating System.**Your Background**
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering
- 80% English (written and verbal)
- knowledge of excel and its functions
- Basic knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Preferably basic programming knowledge such as visual basic.
- Experience is not required if you have the technical skills mentioned.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics.
