- How to provide direct support to employees, HR colleagues, and management by assisting with various HR-related tasks and requests.
- How to respond to questions regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures, or route them to the appropriate team member when needed.
- How to handle inquiries through internal systems, email, or phone in a professional and helpful manner.
- How to assist with processing electronic and paper-based forms related to HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.
- How to enter and update employee information in the HR system/database accurately and on time.
- How to support general administrative tasks within the HR Service Center to help ensure smooth operations.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026.
- Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented, able to assist with accurate documentation and processes under guidance.
- Organized, with the willingness to support multiple tasks while learning effective time management techniques.
- Curious and proactive, eager to identify challenges and suggest ideas for improvement under supervision.
- Team-oriented, able to work in a collaborative environment and build professional relationships.
- Adaptable, flexible to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuinely interested in human resources, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
