-Currently enrolled in a related degree program, with knowledge of C, C++, and Python, and interest in developing in functional safety topics.
-In the final year of studies (graduates are not eligible for the trainee program).
-Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
-Valid RFC and Constancia de Situación Fiscal.The Product Safety Trainee will be involved with the development of the semi and fully autonomous driver assistance systems (ADAS). Ensure the design and development of Valeo/CDA products/solutions is carried out in accordance with the ISO26262/SOTIF Safety Standard.ResponsibilitiesFuSa Management:
- Supports, organizes, tracks and documents all necessary FuSa activities within a project.
- Ensures close co-operation with other FuSa resources locally and other Valeo sites.
- Organizes/prepares/track/supports/moderates FuSa activities and FuSa analysis.
- Responsible for supporting the updating/tracking of the Development Interface Agreement (DIA), Safety plan,TSC and Safety Case activities.
- Ensures documentation of FuSa activities, establishes evidence of FuSa.
- Manage the safety verification & validation activities.
- Ensures the scheduling of the Safety RAISE reviews in his/her team.
- Support design analysis to support the development of safety case arguments for safety related products.
- Creates / Contributes as necessary (planned) to hazard and risk analyses, safety plan, functional and technical safety concept.
- Identifies FuSa requirements based on the Customer Requirements.
- Support the integration of the FuSa activities in the developed project based on the defined FuSa development plan.
- Supports the definition/specification of FuSa requirements for System/HW and SW architectures.
- Collaborates with the design team for an effective technical solution, to achieve adequate robustness at System, HW and SW architectural level in compliance with ISO26262.
- Prepares and assists to the Safety Assessment Reviews held by safety assessor.
- Participates to safety analysis processes (e.g. FMEAs, FTAs, FMEDAs, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical/Systems Engineering/Robotics Engineering/Mechatronics
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, planning and organization/control skills.
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Fluent/Proficient communication in English.
- Team work oriented.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Systems Engineering/Computer Science/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in Software Quality and process ( e.g., ASPICE, CMMI, IATF16949).
- Experience with Products Development Life Cycle (Systems, Software).
