If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoRespects and enforces the safety rules and regulations established for people and equipment, actively collaborating in the elimination of unsafe acts and conditions using the STOP system, to achieve the objective of 0 AccidentsEnsures the implementation of procedures in the development of products that guarantee zero complaints from customers and consumers derived from product design.Participates in the positive release of new products by authorizing or rejecting production batches.Coordinates and supervises the initiatives generated by the plant itself.Coordinates the development of new applications in chemical products related to the development of new products.Manage the budget for the operation of Initiatives management.Ensures that projects are met in the allocated budget.Monthly report of the KPI’s indicators defined for the area.Ensures that preliminary and final CFR reports are released to the organization, on time.Promotes and applies the internal work regulations, internal safety regulations and code of conduct. Share and transmit beliefs and behaviors to his staff.Who You AreBachelor's degree: EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in product design, project management, continuous improvement systems, personnel managementKnowledge of SGC. * Business vision and problem solving.Knowledge of technical laboratory equipment.
