Your TasksYou accurately process payroll for a number of countries, either directly in Beiersdorf systems or working with a provider.You work with other roles (e. g. talent acquisition) to ensure timely and complete employee master data and update according to change requests.You manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations (collaborating with local HR colleagues).
  • Working with other roles, you stay updated on payroll and benefits regulations. You ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
