In this role, you'll work on sourcing and securing exceptional candidates for leadership positions. Your knowledge of executive search methodology and talent assessment will help place leaders who can make meaningful impacts in their organizations.What You'll Do:- Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Help design and execute search strategies to identify quality talent for executive or senior-level roles.
- Support the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, to ensure smooth placements.
- Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, research, and digital platforms.What we are looking for:- Experience in recruitment, with focus on senior-level or executive search preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial roles.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Knowledge of various industries and understanding of leadership roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
