Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Finance ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:

Contributes to the definition of the strategy for the factory/manufacturing site and serves as the key partner for the relevant factory manager in determining strategy for area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and making adjustments in implementation as needed.
Translates strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets, oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and evaluates financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions.
Monitors progress achieved and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identifies issues, and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve and drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with focus on product/business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis/inventory analysis, incl. cycle count results.
Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information and ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
Ensures compliance and transparency in financial reporting and disclosures, defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial

operations. * People leadership and development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is organized, staffedand skilled. Guides, motivates and develops direct/indirect subordinates within HR policies.Qualifications for the role

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar.
8+ Years Experience in Finance / Accounting, with 3 years Team management experience in Manufacturing environment
Experience in Cost Accounting, Budget and Forecast creation, Balance sheet and P&L management for business.
ERP SAP or similar system knowledge and Advanced Excel
Advanced English
Ability to efectively communicate at different levels and stakeholders
