That's your role.Your job is to obsess over how to retain clients and make sure they are happy.If you love talking to people, and you've had experience in the past with client-facing roles, then keep reading.Company OverviewWe are a cold email lead generation agency at our core, dedicated to helping B2B clients start more conversations and grow their businesses through targeted cold email campaigns.We have partnerships with Clay, Mailforge, and other exciting tech companies helping us deliver results consistently for our clients.You're seeing this job ad right now because we are at capacity with clients and we need your help to improve our internal systems and client fulfillment.Responsibilities * Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline agency operations
  • Build and maintain deep, lasting client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring high responsiveness
  • Lead bi-weekly check-ins to provide updates, gather feedback, and brainstorm growth strategies
  • Understand clients' businesses and meet their lead-generation expectations
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and proactively identify and resolve any issues
  • Create a referral culture where satisfied clients are eager to share their positive experiences
  • Collaborate with the team to improve client onboarding, service delivery, and overall client experience
  • Develop effective cold email strategies
  • Understand the target audience and segment it effectively
  • Craft compelling and concise email copy that captures attention and encourages action
  • Ensure emails meet inboxing criteria to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters
  • Follow industry best practices for deliverability and compliance
  • Continually optimize campaigns for lasting performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign analytics to ensure optimal deliverability and engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing on email variations to determine the best approach
  • Refresh email content to avoid recipient fatigue
  • Analyze campaign responses to refine audience targeting
  • Generate new strategies based on insights to keep campaigns fresh and compelling
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and client growth
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success and operational efficiency
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to best practices
Requirements
  • Efficiency in producing significant output with minimal wasted effort
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong work ethic with a track record of working hard
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and conditions
  • Commitment to follow through on verbal and written agreements
  • Proactivity in taking initiative and bringing new ideas to the company
  • Honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain trust and confidence
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Generosity in keeping the big picture in mind and being willing to give
  • Experience in project management, client service, and operations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience using Clay and SmartLeads is a must.
  • Previous experience working at an agency is a huge plus.
