- This role is responsible to support a department and/or executive with all administrative, organizational and operational matters
- This role supports communications projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, including Internet based communications
- Support and organize on projects and events
- Independently performs the full range of administrative tasks such as requisitioning and tracking of purchase orders, translations, presentations, administration and delivery of promotional material.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (enrolled in University)
- High proficiency knowledge with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat, SEO, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail; self-driven to deliver quality work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Position is onsite
