Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.Position Mission: Ensure the operation, maintenance, and safety of high and low-pressure networks along with all their associated infrastructure, equipment, and systems.Your Impact: As Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities:Execute and coordinate maintenance programs for each activity, ensuring the condition and regulatory compliance of all operational facilities.Oversee the operation and maintenance activities carried out by department heads, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring adherence to established maintenance plans.Coordinate the execution of network drills in collaboration with municipal authorities and internal ENGIE teams.Keep the network updated and in optimal condition.Requirements: To join our team as "Operations and Maintenance Manager", we are looking for:

Education and Experience: "Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineer, or a related field."

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office, vehicle operation, use of manual mechanical tools, and knowledge of basic natural gas regulations and statistics.
Key Competencies: Leadership, decision-making, planning and organization, delegation, problem analysis, proactivity, oral communication.
Languages: english
