In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of the Aras Innovator PLM platform to support our product lifecycle and business process needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance data integrity, workflow automation, and system integration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize Aras Innovator solutions using AML, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
  • Configure and extend Aras Innovator data models, workflows, lifecycles, and forms.
  • Integrate Aras Innovator with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, CRM).
  • Develop, configure, customize, and deploy Aras Innovator applications, ensuring real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between the Teamcenter, Oracle, CRM solution and Microsoft Office products, including Azure and Office 365
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Aras Innovator.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AML, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
  • Strong understanding of PLM concepts and product data management.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design.
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST APIs).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Aras Innovator certification or training.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Aras Innovator development and customization.
  • Knowledge of CAD data management and integration.
