We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Mexico, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling regulatory compliance, and supporting decision-making through financial analysis.Responsibilities

Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements of all relevant authorities including SAT , CNBV, IMSS, and BANXICO.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements / tax reports.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies as required by regulatory bodies.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
Execute payment processing and cash flow management as authorized by policies.

Requirements

Preference is given to local residents, overseas Chinese, or candidates with domestic backgrounds who are willing to be permanently stationed in Mexico.
Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Must have experience in the financial industry.
