Indirect Purchasing Coordinator

• Manage procurement for indirect materials and facility-related services (e.g., security, cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance).
• Supervise and guide procurement team, ensuring clear priorities and accountability.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation of commercial terms, and administration of service agreements.
• Run structured quotation and tender processes aligned with business needs.
• Support inventory accuracy and ensure service availability with minimal overstock or shortages.
• Track supplier KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Keep purchasing systems updated and support audits and internal reporting as needed.

• Direct experience managing indirect sourcing for MRO Supplies and facility services in manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation skills, supplier evaluation and running price and project proposals.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle and Excel
• Experience leading or supervising a least one buyer
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
