The Product Engineer will be responsible for Sustain and / improve product yield, Quality, Reliability, Safety, Legal and Environmental compliance, Transfer new products.Key ResponsibilitiesThe actual KJEs may include all, some or more of the followings:Lead production by resolving material problems & software relatedImprove product yield & qualitySupport new product / variation / ECO activitiesInitiative & drive cost reduction issuesParticipate in employee involvement teamImprove customer satisfaction and reduce linepull / warrantly to meet targetSpecial projectsModify & debug test software (if applicable)Ensure all prints meet the revisionLead in change management processWhat we are looking forBachelor/Master Electronics/ Mechatronic Engineering Degree5 years in similar position including strong background of electronics, microprocessor and mechanical assemblies.Experience using GD&T, mechanical assemblies, gear systems.Knowledge of lab tools like digital oscilloscope, curve tracer, simulators is a plus.Long response time from suppliers, Resolve customer application related product problems, Difficulty to access accurate product information - ConfidentialLimited networking & exposure to identify the key areas for upgrading (knowledge, process, equipment).IPC standards, SMT, Six Sigma, SolidWorks, Agile.What we OfferMajor Medical ExpensesLife InsuranceDental PlanSaving Fund without legal capFood voucher without legal capAnnual bonusAdditional holidaysBereavement days paid offMarriage days paid ofWhat we believe
