Location: MonterreyJob Type: Full-timeReq # 1341Job DescriptionThe Business Data Analyst II will present data insights to improve customer supply chains, understand technical requirements, anticipate customer needs, analyze data to create useful insights, and develop dashboards for collaborators. Using both logistics business knowledge with analysis acumen, this Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for all things reporting. This person should have good interpersonal skills and be able to evaluate and work with other Business Analyst, Data Analyst and Operations teams to complete work assignments with little supervision.About the Role:Industry Experience:

Logistics and transportation industry
Finance reporting related to billing and receivables

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
Critical thinking and the ability to draw actionable insights

Soft Skills:

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques

Basic Qualifications:

Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Experience in data analysis or related fields
Demonstrated ability to handle data projects with minimal supervision
Excel:

Highly proficient in excel as a data manipulation tool
SQL:

Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other DB management systems
Tableau:

Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards
Ability to connect to a variety of data sources and extract meaningful data

Preferred Qualifications:

Alteryx:

Understanding of data blending and analytics
Knowledge of Alteryx Designer for workflow automation
Experience with data transformation and manipulation
Other Tools:

Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
