In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Supplier Development Manager, as a Quality System Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management system standards, promoting and developing staff awareness to contribute to the monitoring and efficiency of the system through continuous improvement and enhancement of processes within the established scope.About the job:Provide follow-up on non-conformities detected during internal audits, ensuring compliance through corrective and/or preventive actions and tracking their status until full closure.Ensure that the necessary processes for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained, verifying that existing documentation is consistently implemented by responsible personnel.Coordinate and supervise the execution of internal quality audits.Coordinate with responsible personnel the integration of necessary documentation for the management review meeting.Coordinate the issuance, updating, and control of quality management system documentation.About you:University degree – Industrial Engineering or related field.English proficiency – 90%.Experience: 3 to 5 years.Knowledge and interpretation of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.Knowledge of specific requirements from OEM customers (FORD, GM, PSA, Daimler).Knowledge and interpretation of VDA 6.3 standard.Familiarity with CQI standards.Knowledge of core tools and basic statistical tools.Basic knowledge of calibration systems for measurement and testing equipment.Problem-solving tools.Willingness to travel.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
