Your role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP CO solutions to improve reporting, planning, and cost management processes. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting Schaeffler in achieving strategic financial goals. A significant part of this role includes ensuring seamless integration of financial systems with Vitesco Technologies, facilitating strategic financial outcomes across both entities.Your Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions tailored to Schaeffler's needs.
Design, implement, and configure the SAP Controlling module, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Systems and Product Cost Controlling.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD.
Facilitate workshops and training for users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP CO functionalities.
Support the full project lifecycle from scoping and blueprinting to implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
Address and resolve issues related to the SAP CO module.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and data consistency across systems.

Your Qualifications

Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or comparable qualification
Proven experience in SAP controlling modules (business processes, master data, customizing, ABAP development) and their integration with other modules (Accounting, Project System, SD, MM)
Experience in SAP PS is optional
Several years of work experience (as SAP consultant, key user or developer) in an international environment
Capable of managing or executing tasks, projects or assignments and drive results to completion with minimal or no oversight
Interpersonal negotiation and influence skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Fluent in spoken and written English
Willingness to travel
