As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?About the RoleAs a Logistics Supervisor, your responsibilities will include a range of functions that ensure our operations align with established protocols and safe work methods. You will be tasked with supervising a dedicated workforce, providing training, performance evaluations, and recommendations for compensation and improvement.Key Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of operational processes, ensuring compliance with established Safe Work Methods and procedures.
Oversee staff training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and performance management.
Continuously analyse and review operational performance, extracting trends and presenting findings, proposals, and recommendations to management.
Assist with research and develop recommendations to improve operational conditions or safety standards.
Aid in the development of project/program objectives, including budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements.
Facilitate customer feedback and coordinate necessary resources and responses.
Interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Measure and control internal and external productivity and KPIs.
Develop action plans from root cause analysis related to operational opportunities.
Manage assigned resources to ensure operational areas are equipped with necessary personnel, tools, and equipment for process execution.

Qualifications and SkillsTo successfully thrive in this role, you should possess:

A strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in creating and managing project objectives and budgets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with operational KPIs and performance management systems.
A proactive approach to safety and compliance.
