Metrology Leader

• Create, test, and refine CMM programs for complex aerospace parts, ensuring precision and optimal measurement efficiency.

• Manage the First Article Inspection (FAI) process for new parts or production runs, ensuring that the first pieces produced meet all design specifications and quality standards.

• Collaborate with quality, engineering, design, and production teams

• Supervise and mentor a team of metrology technicians and CMM programmers, ensuring that best practices in metrology are followed and that all measurements meet aerospace quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CMM programming, metrology, and quality control, particularly in the aerospace manufacturing environment.

• Advanced english level (mandatory)
