- Consolidate requests from the commercial and marketing teams, monitor estimated time of arrival (ETA), and oversee delivery management. Encompasses local production and importation processes tailored to region.
- Select shipping methods, proper packaging, follow shipping labels, and managing associated costs.
- Organize and coordinate resources to facilitate the efficient movement of goods from the point of origin to regions plan transportation routes, optimize processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Monitor inventory, checking and counting the items stored. Ensure inventory levels are accurate, discrepancies can be identified, and effective stock control is maintained.
- Submit POD (Proof of Delivery) - ROI (Return on Investment) - Point of Sale (POS). Focus on maximizing operational efficiency and implementing robust POS tracking systems to monitor and enhance sales beverage performance.
- Management of new projects, coupled with strategic follow-up with suppliers, for successful product development in the premiums and apparel sectors.
- Detect the creation of unauthorized materials, significant risks to company, including legal repercussions, brand reputation damage, and financial losses. Regular visits to regions to optimize operations and ensure the quality of produced items, as well as their proper handling. Safeguarding the integrity of the brand is essential.
- Streamline operations and collaborate with regional leadership to gain successful outcomes in the assigned market.
- Implement comprehensive training program for bottlers and company personnel, aimed at nurturing a transparent and productive relationship within the organization.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, production management
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Innovation and product development
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
