Established in 1874, we have grown to become the world leader in mining and civil blasting with a diverse of team of more than 13,000 across the world.It's an exciting time to join us - we are shaping the future of mining through digital and automated technologies, embracing new ways of thinking, pioneering innovation and reimagining the way we work.About the roleThe Coordinator SHES coordinates guidance and advice on key activities within the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area.What you will be doingKey Accountabilites Provides advice in response to SHES queries on policy and process relevant to the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area within agreed timeframes; Participates in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving activities within the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area; Ensures accuracy of information and delivery in agreed timeframes; Participates in Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area and company projects as required; Contributes to the development and implementation of SHES management systems; Participates and supports SHES assurance activities; Supports Orica leaders to execute their SHES responsibilities and accountabilities; Assists in event investigations; Supports the development of a SHES risk profile; Implements initiatives to mitigate and prevent SHES riskWhat you will bringup to 2 years experience post qualification. Without formal qualifications - up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.How you shape and influence others
