Tomorrow can't wait, let's shape it together!British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Global Graduate in MonterreyROLE SUMMARYOur Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our Finance organization. It's a real job from day one with world-class training, international opportunities, and the chance to reach your full potential.Become a Global Graduate in FinanceAs a Global Graduate you will work with tenured finance professionals to develop remarkable skills, understand best practices, and learn how Finance partners with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results. You will work as part of our accelerated management program in different finance rotations. These rotations will allow you to develop and present strategic business analysis projects addressing real business opportunities and creating action plans/recommendations.Finance Functions which you may support during the program include: Commercial Finance, FP&A, core Finance, among others.In joining us, you'll have the opportunity to work on iconic brands and revolutionary products by collaborating with visionary, principled and passionate people every day.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Financial & Performance Monitoring: Develop monthly projections, monitor variances, and track commercial KPIs and budgets.
  • Risk & Profitability Analysis: Assess non-criminal loss risks and conduct profitability analysis by channel for Partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning & Investment: Build business cases, evaluate marketing proposals, and optimize investment levels.
  • Commercial Support: Prepare and present monthly performance updates to the commercial team.
  • Pricing & Budget Oversight: Manage customer price list updates and oversee commercial team budget adherence.
¿ What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business or a related field.
  • Recent graduates (graduation from December 2023 to June 2025).
  • Between 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in Finance or a related field (Internship experiences will be considered.)
  • Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing).
  • Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), SAP and Power BI.
  • Open to relocate locally & globally (global mobility).
  • Strong analytical skills, financial business sense and a proactive mindset.
  • High sense of ownership, stakeholder-oriented communicator, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
  • Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
