1. Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
2. Define, validate and qualify Transportation at the best cost for prototypes and samples.
3. Follow & reach Project milestones
4. Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;Implement and promote the supply chain standards, train & coach both internal and external project contributors:
5. Train suppliers on standards and specifications and promote their usage;
6. Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, EDI/Web EDI…)
7. Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out:
8. Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs;
9. Validate close orders quantity and supply process;
10. Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);
11. Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management
APICS training/certification recommended
3 to 5 years of progressive experience within an automotive environment
Extensive experience with the use of SAP across all modules
