**How we work**
ImaginedBy is part of Butchershop, a growing company made of almost 70 members all around Mexico, and more than 100 people worldwide.
Each one of our members has the chance to choose to work 100% remotely or to use our facility located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, anytime of the year.
We also offer the chance to travel to one of our international offices in San Francisco and Graz, Austria.
We work actively to keep everyone in touch and to create a collaborative work environment despite the physical distance.
That's why we have monthly Town Hall meetings,
remote Happy Hours and our monthly Carnes Asadas (when allowed).

**What you will do**
- Work along the CTO to engineer the architecture and infrastructure for new products.
- Learn about multiple disciplines (Fintech, CyberSecurity, Web extensions, etc).
- Drive key technical decisions in the BE side of things.
- Grow with the company to become a leader over time.
**What you bring to the table**
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of CS fundamental concepts.
- Expertise w/ BE frameworks (Express/Django/Rails) and understanding of modern web technologies.
- Autonomy to design and execute product development initiatives.
