Engineering Degree, Chemical & Materials Engineering
Advanced English.
At least 2-5 years in in manufacturing processes.
Develop and industrialize new products and technologies
Deployment of products and technologies (process and equipment's)
Lead and implement operational improvements in a manufacturing
Organization.
Knowledge development and capitalization
Demonstrate a spirit of innovation; willing to suggest and support the implementation of new technologies
Direct improvement projects in costs, quality and productivity.
Proficient knowledge in statistical analysis (CPK, PPK, DOE).
Knowledge in PFMEA, Action Plan, PCP, QRQC.
Ability to work with all members of working groups, skill levels and expertise
Ability to work independently and as a team member to accomplish objectives
Strong decision making and problem-solving methodologies.
