- Deliver certification and recertification courses in IPC-A-610 Class 3 to operators, inspectors, engineers, and quality personnel.
- Assess theoretical and practical knowledge of trained personnel.
- Maintain updated documentation and records of certifications in accordance with IPC guidelines.
- Coordinate internal audits related to IPC-A-610 compliance.
- Provide guidance on acceptance and rejection criteria in electronic soldering processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve technical discrepancies related to the standard.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in electronic manufacturing processes.
- Technical degree or Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Current certification as Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) in IPC-A-610 Class 3.
- Current certification ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)
- Minimum of 3 years in electronic manufacturing.
- Previous experience in technical training and quality audits.
- Proficiency in IPC-A-610 Class 3 standard.
- Knowledge of manual and automated soldering processes.
- Familiarity with inspection tools (microscopes, AOI, etc.).
- Basic understanding of complementary standards (IPC-A-600, J-STD-001).
- Effective communication and teaching abilities.
- Leadership and teamwork.
