The Jefe de Recursos Humanos will oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector, with a focus on strategic planning and employee relations.

Manage individual and collective labor contracts, ensuring legal and union compliance.
Administer internal regulations, disciplinary processes, and labor relations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives, including programs like WOW and Skill Matrix.
Coordinate audits, certifications, and human rights diligence.
Monitor key HR indicators, headcount budget, overtime, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
Oversee HR vendor payments, petty cash, and general personnel services.
Lead recruitment, on-boarding, training, and succession planning across Mexico and LATAM.
Support organizational development aligned with regional strategies.

Bachelor's degree.
Advanced English is a must.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, financial KPIs, and quality systems.
Skilled in leadership, negotiation, coaching, decision-making, and data analysis.
Experience in labor relations, union negotiations, recruitment, training, and compensation.
