Continuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, cost reduction and improve internal customer satisfactionCORE SKILLSProficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools and knowledge of quality control systems
proficiency in forecasting models, and expertise in logistics analytics tools
Expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.
