- Support administrative tasks, such as documenting and releasing processes (MPIs, VAs, improving or developing safety and ergonomics guidelines for processes running
- Coordinate, prototypes, orders
- Assist on process improvement trainings for Product Engineering's,
- Utilize and communicate process information to solve manufacturing issues
- Measure process inputs/outputs and utilize results to propose solutions
- Assist on the selection of new equipment and consumables and understand their fabrication
- Diagnose process performance applying knowledge of engineering principles and methods to identify root causes
- Support on equipment selection, manufacturing installation, start-up and acceptance (Pilot, Pre-Pro Runs & EEM)
- Lead low complexity projects under Engineering supervision and direction, executing actions based on established methodologies and policies
- Utilize statistical tools, engineering data, and DMAIC/DESGN/Lean methodologies to help developing process understanding to support robust manufacturing processes.
- Support product and process improvement qualification plans. Developing technical reports for internal publication
- Support problem-solving in manufacturing, including root cause identification and resolution
- Apply process engineering knowledge, skills and expertise from concept through delivery of process and equipment at production areas
- Participate in Stage Gate Projects supporting the different Development phases (RA, LA, GA)
- Work on problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Participate in solutions related to process issues on Customer Notifications
- Assist on the introduction of safe and ergonomic devices and processes to enable a safe work environment
- Support the implementation of a robust Product Quality Architecture for new and existing products
- Support and perform 5S implementation in work area to achieve Plant goal
- Support Global Standardization processes/projects.
- Support product and process improvement qualification plans. Assist on developing technical reports for internal publication

- Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic Technical Career
- or
- 5+ year experience in manufacturing process
- Proficiency in programming AMADA or similar software, with a strong understanding of equipment programming.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machine operations, tooling configurations, and various types of materials (e.g., carbon steel, aluminum, copper, brass, lexan-acrylic, etc.).
- Design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
