This individual will collaborate closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure a seamless experience for internal users and external partners, delivering impactful content and training tools that align with company go-to-market strategies.Key Responsibilities:Learning Management System (LMS):
- Maintain and update training content within Absorb LMS (or similar platform) for multiple brands under the Telementum umbrella
- Oversee the planning and upkeep of the LMS editorial calendar to ensure timely updates across all brands.
- Support content uploads, course creation, user group segmentation, and reporting
- Assist in scaling and streamlining LMS training experiences across customer segments
- Ensure course materials are up-to-date, branded, and optimized for engagement
- Organize and upload GTM materials and campaign assets into the Digital Marketing Asset (DMA) portal
- Maintain partner and customer portals to ensure timely access to the latest marketing tools
- Monitor asset usage and engagement, generating performance insights for continuous improvement
- Support metadata tagging, folder structure organization, and cross-functional access coordination
- Partner with sales and the creative team to fulfill customer-specific marketing requests
- Assist in the development and delivery of assets for in-store, online, and digital use
- Help maintain brand consistency across all training and customer-facing content
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital content, or customer training roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Absorb LMS or comparable training platform
- Proficient with DAM systems (e.g., Widen, SharePoint) and digital asset organization best practices
- Familiar with project management tools such as Asan
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across departments
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with channel or customer marketing is a plus
