As Senior Manager of People Services, you will oversee the delivery and execution of HR service strategies across the LATAM region, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You'll lead a regional team, collaborate with global HR stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Lead a regional team of People Services representatives and specialists, ensuring high-quality HR support.
Develop and execute service delivery strategies in partnership with global People Operations leadership.
Build strong relationships with regional business leaders to understand needs and align HR services.
Collaborate with HR Business Leaders, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service.
Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Support employee initiatives and contribute to regional HR leadership.

Bilingual
Proven work in HR service delivery or shared services leadership, ideally in multinational environments.

Time working in LATAM or similar regional HR roles is highly desirable.
