**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically.
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve patient's complaints.
- Provide patients with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Be punctual and follow company's protocols.
