We're looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic, and has great communication skills and understands small to medium-sized businesses and the functions within them.Responsibilities:Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applicationsProvide expertise to clients seeking to use Odoo applications effectivelyCreate solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) with customers through our ticketing system, live chat and phone callsMaximize customer satisfaction through a timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries/issuesGather feedback: our product team loves to crank out features that our users are asking forBoost Customer Satisfaction and productivity.Must-Have:Bachelor's degreePassion for software productsBilingual proficiencyAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and orallyAbility to learnCritical learning and social setting.Nice to Have:Business experience at an ERPExperience/knowledge with tickets-supportSociable and outgoingWhat we offer:Starting salary from $22,000 MXN (based on competencies and experience)Flexible working hoursHybrid workHealth insuranceLife insuranceChristmas bonusVacationsUnlimited sick-daysExtended maternity/paternity permissionContinuous trainingSport activitiesGreat work environment!
