
Financial Analyst - General Ledger

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform account analysis and variance analysis to support financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulations (IFRS).
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with local Finance teams to ensure accurate financial data.
- Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
- Collaborate with the global SSC team to continuously improve AR processes and support automation initiatives.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, ideally in a shared service or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- SAP, S4 Hana experience preferred, Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
