  • Ensuring the highest master data quality standards across SAP /TMS
  • Enabling efficient business processes across Plants and TCC, supporting data governance & MD compliance
  • Helps business teams operate effectively by keeping data accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Main deliverables
  • Improvement in data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness related to transport, packaging and customs across the end-to-end external flow processes/TMS & SAP
  • Achieves data quality and process performance targets, as measured by defined KPIs
  • Ensures MD policies and rules are applied across Plants and TCC
  • Make sure managed data works well, supports business needs, and is trusted by users
Activities
  • Timely processing master data requests and changes related to creation, modification and deactivation of vendors, materials, customers, products records
  • Performs regular audits and validations to ensure master data accuracy and completeness
  • Identifies, reports and corrects data inconsistencies, duplicates and obsolete entries
  • Identifies opportunities to automate, standardize, improve master data maintenance processes
  • Keep glossaries and data rules up to date to support consistent understanding and use of master data
  • Attends Master Data communities & coaching sessions with the Data Office and participate in working groups as needed
  • Applies and promotes clear steps to fix data issues
  • Supports successful ERP and TMS upgrades by testing and migrating accurate master data
