- Proactively engage and convert existing industry relationships, including recruiting active partners from competitor environments, to strengthen the company's market position.
- Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships through ongoing support, commercial optimization, education, and engagement strategies that increase partner satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Leverage market research and internal data to identify untapped opportunities within the existing client base and external networks, contributing to scalable and sustainable business growth.
- Proven track record in business development or partnership management within financial services, trading, fintech, or related sectors.
- Fluency Portuguese.
- Strong understanding of partnership lifecycle management and performance optimization.
- Ability to navigate regulated environments and align growth initiatives with compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, data-informed approach to opportunity identification and client relationship building.
