As a global leader in protection solutions, we design and develop a wide range of products including gloves, clothing, and other protective gear to keep workers safe and productive across industrial, medical, and consumer applications.Discover more about our company, our people, and our values by visiting us at .Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Regional Category Management-Mechanical Eyewear to join our team in Queretaro!The Specialist RCM, will support and manage RCM projects for the Mechanical Portfolio including eyewear.Reporting to Regional Category Manager, the Specialist will support sales enablement efforts and help identify and address regional needs for Mechanical products in the LAC region. In close collaboration with the RCM, the Specialist will execute strategies aimed at driving sales growth by enhancing the customer experience, delivering product and regulatory training to internal teams and customers, and supporting VOC initiatives.   • Support for Sellers & Distributors: Respond to product inquiries, coordinate with regional customer service on inventory and allocation, and assist marketing with communications regarding product availability or changes.
  • Sales & Operations Analysis: Monitor S&OP and SFDC sales pipeline data, support pricing decisions for incremental volume, and collaborate with sales and finance to maintain profit margins.
  • System Updates: Manage administrative tasks related to entering and updating product information in regional systems such as SFDC, asset bank, and PIM. Maintain mechanical price lists across countries and languages.
  • Regional Product Launch Support: Coordinate sample distribution for VOC, gather feedback from sellers and customers, collaborate with NPD on volume forecasts and pricing, and assist in preparing training materials.
  • LAC Region Launches: Send samples to regional marketing and sales leaders, collect feedback, and work with global and regional Category Managers on forecasts and supply planning.
  • E-Commerce Support: Provide product data required by regional e-commerce teams to list items on platforms like Amazon.com, Ansell.com, and other online stores.
  • Market & Pricing Trends Monitoring: Analyze sales drivers, competitive products, and pricing strategies. Provide recommendations to optimize the regional portfolio and pricing.
  • Regional Marketing Collaboration: Adapt global communications for the U.S. market, coordinate distribution with stakeholders, and provide monthly updates on sales and key initiatives.
  • Inventory Allocation Assistance: Evaluate inventory availability using S&OP tools, advise sellers on order fulfillment, and support strategic allocation to retain and attract customers.
  • Product Training Sessions: Deliver product information sessions to regional teams based on calendar availability.
Tool & Data Updates: Support updates to regional tools, style adjustments, data loading, and SKU mapping.What will you bring to Ansell?Education:· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, International Business equivalent.· Project Management training a plus· Must be proficient in English. Portuguese a plus.Required Experience:3-5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management or Business Management.Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Power BI helpful but not required.Desired Experience:Experience working with cross-functional teams.
