Analysis and monitoring of parts purchased from suppliers to comply with the production program.
**Requirements and experience**
- Bachelor's degree on Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
- English 80 % oral and written.
- Microsoft skills (word, excel, etc).
- SAP acknowledge is a plus.
- Experience in similar job minimum 3 years.
- Experience with Customer Portal (Ford, GM, Lucid, Mazda, Volvo, etc).
- Effective communication, problem solving and analytic skills.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Manage HPLM (Engineering releasing new program system) CE (change Execution) process, complete assignments and follow up with MDS team.
- Update New Program and Engineering changes reports on weekly basis.
- Maintain ERP system (SAP) set up updated for all new items, Customer data, etc. following checklist.
- Conduct weekly internal meeting with cross functional team to review each of the New Program and Engineering Changes.
- Update Customer Portal milestone dates as required.
- Maintain and follow up on Enterproj gate assignments.
- Maintain Prod HMES system data set up for all new programs, items and customers.
- Follow up with Packaging Engineering on New Program packaging set up.
- Coordinate with Production Control New Program builds.
- Responsible to procure all new components since initial Production builds until SOP+ 90 days.
- Coordinate with production control and MPL analysts Balance out and Balance in analysis including master data updates.
