- Lead the development of solution architectures for data migration and integration.
- Design the architecture for data pipelines and implement using Apache Airflow (or Astronomer) as the primary orchestration tool.
- Collaborate with the Data Architect to create and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation.
- Identify, document, and implement measures to visualize and track data quality across pipelines.
- Drive end-to-end data migration projects between systems hosted in different environments (on-premises, AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, define task sizes, and set clear deliverables.
- Prepare detailed technical plans and coordinate resources within change programs.
- Advise on technical aspects of solution development, ensuring correct application of strategies, policies, standards, and security best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing data solutions, with at least 3 end-to-end data migration projects from SQL Server to Cloud (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proven track record leading data migration projects from planning and initial analysis through execution, validation, and production deployment.
- 3+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience, including architecture, development, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (3NF, dimensional modeling, Data Vault).
- Extensive experience designing and optimizing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and both batch and streaming data processing.
- 5+ years of experience with one or more data platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft SSIS; Scala is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including orchestration tools such as Airflow.
- SnowPro Core and SnowPro Advanced Architect certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, setting priorities and deliverables, and reporting progress to executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in advanced English (oral and written).
