Senior Business Analyst, GenAI and LLMs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for GenAI/LLM initiatives
• Design and document workflows where LLMs can add value (e.g., customer support, content generation, internal search, chatbots)
• Work closely with data scientists and developers to integrate LLM capabilities using tools such as LangChain and RAG pipelines
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and validate model performance through testing and feedback loops
• Assist in building prototypes and MVPs using LLMs to demonstrate feasibility and value
• Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions post-implementation
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, vector databases, and prompt engineering

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech/data/AI-driven environment
• Understanding of how LLMs work (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, etc.) and their business applications
• Hands-on familiarity with LangChain, RAG, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding models
• Ability to design RAG pipelines or work with technical teams to define them
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Basic knowledge of Python and APIs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ proficiency)
